Return and Refund Policy

1. Overview
You have the right to withdraw from a purchase (right of withdrawal) within 14 calendar days of the date you receive the goods. The item must be unused, in the same condition as when received, and in its original packaging. A receipt or purchase confirmation (order number) is required to process a return.
2. Return Deadlines and Procedure
- Notice period:you must send your notice of return within 14 calendar days of receiving the goods.
- Return of goods:after sending the notice, the goods must be returned without undue delay and no later than 14 days, unless otherwise agreed. The seller may request proof of dispatch.
- Address and contacts:send all notices and enquiries to mebpodrez@gmail.com. Please do not send the item back without prior agreement.
3. Refund Procedure
Once the returned item has been received and inspected, we will process the refund without undue delay and no later than 14 calendar days from the day you notified us of your withdrawal, or from the day we received the goods (or proof of dispatch). The seller may withhold the refund until the goods have been received.

4. Shipping Costs for Returns
Notwithstanding the «free delivery from €250» promotion active at the time of purchase, in the event of a return the customer is responsible for returning the goods to us and bears the shipping costs.
We can offer a return collection service using our own transport — in this case the delivery is carried out by our delivery team upon prior arrangement. Costs are calculated individually based on standard delivery rates, taking into account the address and dimensions of the goods.

5. Partial or Refused Refund
A partial refund may apply in the following cases:
- the item is damaged due to the buyer's fault,
- the item has lost its original appearance or been used improperly,
- it has not been returned with all components or in the original packaging.
We will notify you by e-mail of the decision (approved/rejected) following inspection.
6. Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply in the following cases:
- goods manufactured to a custom order or personalised,
- goods that, by their nature, cannot be returned,
- goods with opened packaging that cannot be returned for hygiene or health reasons,
- other cases established by the legislation of the Republic of Latvia.
7. Warranty
The goods carry at least a 2-year statutory warranty (right to claim for non-conformity). A commercial guarantee, if provided, does not reduce the consumer rights established by law.
8. Exchange and Complaints
- Goods are exchanged only in the case of a defect — write to mebpodrez@gmail.com and attach photos and a description.
- Complaints are handled within the 2-year warranty period. Please state the order number, purchase date and description of the issue.
9. Steps for Returning Goods
- Write to mebpodrez@gmail.com with the subject «Return/Withdrawal», stating the order number and reason.
- Receive confirmation and instructions (address, packaging requirements, delivery method).
- Send the item with tracking and keep the dispatch documents.
- Once the item has been received and inspected, we will notify you and issue a refund in accordance with section 3.
